What we believe

Complexity calls for strategy. AI in healthcare is notoriously hard. Progress is unlocked by those who can, under uncertainty, navigate the entire landscape from patient to technology: across business models, regulatory, organizational psychology and much more. That’s a new discipline: half strategist, half builder, fluent across domains — and one we’re committed to nurture in our team.

Huge opportunity, manageable risks. Both are real: AI’s enormous positive potential in healthcare, and the harm it can do to individuals and societies when left uncontrolled. We believe that thoughtful regulation can keep the risks in check, so that the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks of the status quo.

The future of technology: people. As AI absorbs more cognitive tasks, the human advantage sharpens: trust, empathy, judgement, conceptual thinking, causal modeling. We embrace these strengths by putting relationships first, inviting nuance and the let’s-think-again instinct. What excites us: human-machine collaboration that surpasses either alone.
